Unbearable heat during the day, pitch dark during the night. Endless dunes hiding masterful shapes and brilliant textures. The frequent gusts of wind blow millions of tiny but sharp sand particles, which makes the desert a challenging place for photographers. The equipment also needs to withstand this rough environment, since a simple lens change becomes very difficult under such conditions. Although this gallery is not exclusively about deserts, sand will mostly govern it's main theme.
